A ten year IBD advice line audit was published in GIN in 2026- Following this our team initiated changes to our IBD advice line service which is managed and staffed by the CNS team. The changes included improved and updated patient information and better access for patients. This presentation will discuss the original audit, the changes to the information and the outcome of implementing these changes.
