Lisa Gower is a Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner at Pilgrims Hospice, currently working towards advanced practice credentials within a palliative care hospice setting. She has specialist gastroenterology nursing expertise, with a particular focus on inflammatory bowel disease and hepatology. Lisa is an active member of the RCN Gastrointestinal Nurses Forum Committee and has attended RCN Congress for the past two years in this role. She has also contributed to writing RCN blogs. Lisa has recently been accepted onto a research internship exploring end-stage liver disease and hospice referral pathways.
